The Eagles Mere Sweet Shop, a renown ice cream parlor with a "rich" history, offering food and non-alcoholic beverages, penny (that's right-penny!) candy, and baked goods from its kitchen. Open for breakfast and lunch most of the year, it also serves very popular pre-planned single menu dinners periodically, outside the summer season, for folks who live in the village and the area.
